Will Freed is a drum & bass producer, drummer, and audio engineer merging live performance with cutting-edge electronic music. With over 18 years of experience across diverse genres and creative workflows, he fuses human instinct with machine precision to craft an explosive, high-energy sound.

His work currently spans studio releases and live performance videos, including drum & bass releases on Music Squad (featured on VISION Radio and Skankandbass) and Overclockin Records (featured on Underground Drum & Bass).

A dedicated music educator since 2016, Freed began studying under KJ Sawka (Pendulum) in 2024, further deepening his craft while continuing to teach the next generation.

Drawing inspiration from pioneers in electronic production and drumming, Freed’s project blurs the line between human performance and digital innovation.

CRAZY (FREED REMIX)

Crazy (The Remixes) brings together seven remixes of KJ Sawka & Jessica Joy’s track “Crazy,” created through a global remix contest in partnership with acestudio.ai, Impossible Records, Labelradar, and Artistsandrelations.
Producers from around the world submitted their interpretations, resulting in a wide range of creative takes on the original song.
Three winners were selected: Freed (1st place), Substance UK (2nd place), and Chandler Kline (3rd place), with additional standout remixes included to form a seven-track EP. The release highlights the diversity of approaches and the collaborative spirit behind the project.
“Crazy” is one of those tracks that makes you feel the lyrics while breaking a sweat on the dancefloor. Blending vocal-driven mainline DnB with the grit of jump-up and neuro styles, it’s a powerful debut statement.
KJ Sawka started the idea live on Twitch and passed it to his standout student, Jessica Joy, a lifelong musician, making her official debut. Though she’s been immersed in music since her earliest memories, “Crazy” marks the beginning of her journey as a recording artist, stepping boldly from the shadows into the spotlight.
Whether you’re at a festival, in the gym, or driving with the volume cranked, Crazy delivers high energy with emotional weight.
